I have seen several Nubar posts around the blogging community yet I hadn't tried them myself. I stopped buying new nail polishes a while ago, when I realised I had far too much for any individual human being. So now and again when I get asked to review polish's, it's nice to have an excuse to add a few extra to the collection without my own intentions.
I was asked if I wanted to try Nubar's new Polished Chic collection, after looking at the promotional images I knew I HAD to try these, a mixture of pastel polishes I could not pass up on. Mint/Blue polishes are my favourite and I am forever collecting all the different shades, I also wanted to try a white polish too, perfect for styling my pastel clothing! So, when these two shades fell through my letterbox I knew it was LOVE. Mod Aqua is a pretty minty green/blue shade and the faded putty is a perfect off white.
I have been religiously wearing these two shades ever since I received them and I can not think of any better shades for spring/summer! The formula and consistency is great enough to rival OPI, the pigmentation could rival Orly and best of all, the bottle has a rubber grip ensuring controlled application! These nail polishes are retailed at £8 and can be found at Beautyshed.
